Incorrect Shipping Address

Hard Hitters is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Hard Hitters is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
